Frank Grant is the lead analyst with FRMC Decision Support providing consultancy support to client organisations with complex problems that require a structured, participative and auditable approach to determining a way ahead. Frank has held senior posts in consultancies in the private sector operating in the areas of project management and architecture with specific expertise in the pharmaceutical and electronic sectors and their strategic business and asset investment. Frank co-founded FRMC Decision Support in 1994 and has helped to develop the company into a leader in delivering strategic review, options appraisal and performance management related services.

Malcolm Piggot MBA, Dip.TP, Dip Arch - senior consultant

Malcolm Piggot is the lead facilitator with FRMC Decision Support providing consultancy support to client organisations requiring to carry out complex decision-making tasks - usually with direct stakeholder involvement - across the public sector, principally in the NHS, higher education and local government. Malcolm has held senior posts in the NHS as an architect and senior manager. He has also had experience as an architect in local government and in the private sector. Malcolm co-founded FRMC Decision Support in 1994 and has helped to develop the company into a leader in the field of stakeholder engagement and involvement in service planning processes.

Iain Hair - associate consultant

Iain Hair, formerly Head of Planning and Performance for the North Lanarkshire Community Health Parnership has joined FRMC as an associate consultant to lead assignments in relation to the CHP and CPP network and to the HUB procurement process. Iain has been a leading and innovative practitioner of community planning in the NHS in Scotland and will contribute to NHS projects drawing on his wide experience and substantial reputation as a senior strategic healthcare planner.

Evelyn Grant provides essential back up and support to the consultancy being responsible for data preparation and customer support. Evelyn is an experienced customer relations manager with responsibilities for all administrative aspects of FRMC office function.
